Terms and Conditions

Redemption.
Gift Cards must be redeemed at the Foxfire Pro Shop toward the purchase of eligible products and services. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
Limitations.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Card balances in a Foxfire account may not be transferred.

Our Policies.
Gift Cards and their use are subject to Foxfire's Privacy Policy. Foxfire may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards.
Risk of Loss.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If you have any questions, please call the Pro Shop.
Fraud.
Foxfire will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is used to make purchases.
Limitation of Liability.
FOXFIRE AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
General Terms.
You agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Card terms and conditions. Foxfire reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

How Your Gift Card Works

How do I use my card?
Your gift card is identified by a unique number located on the back of the card. This number is tracked in our computer system and will be referenced each time you use the card. We'll know each time how much remains on your card, and will assist you with this information whenever needed.

How can I tell the value?
Each card ordered online comes with a letter that shows the current value. You can always contact us for the balance.

Does My card expire?
No. Your card never expires and can be used any time during our normal hours of operation.

Are there any fee's?
There are no fees to use or to retain your card.

Is there anything else I should know?
We will be occasionally updating this page which may include changes to our terms of use, and or this section of information. We will do our best to keep you posted on any of these modifications.
